I prefer to “be constructive” over “being positive”….what people can think is negative or positive is based on a personal point of view/opinion. Encouraging people with what is true is constructive, not just positive…because the truth is always good. People are hostile all year round- that’s the world we live in. Finding the good in those hostile people and loving them is what matters. Anti-hostility is only possible with God. Taking things up with Him first and listening to His word, if nobody was hostile it would be difficult for Christians to serve a purpose. Thank God for hostile/negative people too.

Your Right being negative does not make you a bad person ( just take a look at Oscar the Grouch or Grouchy Smurf). The key there is what you said…encouraging and truth. I like that…and always done in love. Being positive in my mind is how you chose to react to a situation (as you said your view/opinion) and in the end thats something you have to decide to deal with how you need to, but of course as you said most importantly taking it to God and listening to his Word. Anyways, thanks for stopping by. It is always good to hear your take on things.

Just being positive doesn’t always make a difference. Making a difference, makes the difference.
